This summer sees us head back to Provence, where we spend so many hours squirrelling around brocante markets looking for silver to bring back to the workshop.
It’s been a couple of years since I had my first pop-up events there and so am delighted to have 3 separate events in different places whilst we’re there this summer.
Lourmarin is a stunning village, set on the southern flank of the Luberon, with a pretty Chateau, gorgeous shops (L’Apothicaire & KOT Boutique being 2 of my favourites) and a fantastic weekly market on a Friday, when the village centre fills with the scents, colours and vibrancy that comes with a Provencal Market. When I’m there you’ll usually find me most Friday mornings drinking a coffee at Cafe Gaby, catching up with friends and just watching the world go by. More info about the market is available here via my alter-ego https://vauclusedreamer.com/2017/10/21/the-fantastic-friday-market-at-lourmarin/
This year I’ve been invited to have a pop-up in the beautiful gallery of Daniel Adel, https://daniel-adel.format.com/ situated on the street running towards the Chateau, opposite the Moulin Hotel.
I’ll be there from 12th – 15th July , so will be there on Market Day and also over the Fete Nationale, which will be great fun. I’m sure it will test my French to the limit, but I am really looking forward to it,
This year though I
